Torex is going to have a booth with ONEYAC at 2021 electronica China
Torex Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Koji Shibamiya, hereinafter referred to as “Torex”) is going to have a booth with ONEYAC at 2021 electronica China.
We will exhibit the following three products.
1. Medium withstand voltage step-up DC / DC converter–XC9143 / XC9144 series (This product is scheduled to start mass production at the end of April 2020). This product supports a wide input voltage range of VIN=1.7V ~ 16V for wearable smart devices, blood pressure monitors, digital cameras, etc., the frequency can be selected from 3MHz or 1.2MHz. All drivers are built-in and compatible with small packages.
2. AEC-Q100 Compliant coil-integrated Step-down DC/DC Converters–XDL605/XDL606 series. This product is small and efficient, making it an ideal alternative to traditional LDOs. The power good function makes it possible to monitor the status of the output voltage. And the package uses a wettable flank structure, and fillets are formed at the side of the terminal by this, allowing automatic visual inspections of solder joints to be performed.
3. Ultra-Low Quiescent Current, Output Voltage Selectable Function Step-Down DC/DC Converter–XC9276 Series. The XC9276 series greatly improves the efficiency below IOUT=1mA through the current consumption of 200nA. Compared with traditional products, the efficiency of IOUT=10μA is increased by more than 20%. In addition, the newly developed VSET function is used to switch the output voltage. By switching the 2-value output voltage, the XC9276 series reduces power consumption by 41.3% and increases battery life by 1.7 times compared with traditional products. XC9276 series has won the ECCJ Chairman’s Award in the Product & Business Model Category at the 2020 Energy Conservation Grand Prize.
